PolyLevel and NexusPro Installation in East Hampton, NY

Margaret is the property manager of a home located in East Hampton, NY.  Seven years ago, the concrete garage floor began to sink and deteriorate, cracking and breaking apart.  Now looking to sell the home and wanting to increase the property value, Margaret decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that the PolyLevel and NexusPro systems would be best suited for repairing Margaret's damaged garage concrete.  

PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raises and stabilizes the concrete surface.  In turn, NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for concrete joints and cracks, specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility while standing up to harsh weather conditions.  This means that a single application can seal the joints and cracks in your concrete are protected from damage for years to come.  With these two systems in place Margaret is ensuring that her concrete is permanently leveled and the property value protected.
