PolyLevel and NexusPro Installation in Massapequa, NY

Cathy has been living in her Massapequa, NY home for years. Since moving in, the public sidewalk surrounding her home has been sinking and causing concerns over trip hazards.  Wanting to avoid liability and lawsuits if someone tripped on her property, she decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. After an initial inspection of the sidewalk, our Design Specialist suggested the installation of the PolyLevel and NexusPro systems.

PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill any gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.  In turn, NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks, specially formulated to provide long-lasting protection against damage caused by soil compaction and washout. With these two systems in place Cathy can have the peace of mind that the sidewalk around her home is leveled with no more tripping hazards.
