PolyLevel and NexusPro Installation in Lynbrook, NY

Jose has been living in his Lynbrook, NY home since 1970. Since living there he has had an ongoing issue with the patio sinking and cracking. Wanting to get the concrete repaired, he decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. After an initial inspection of the patio, our Design Specialist suggested the use of our PolyLevel and NexusPro systems to repair the damaged concrete. 

PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface. Additionally, NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially formulated to provide long-lasting protection against soil compaction and washout. With PolyLevel and NexusPro systems in place, Jose can rest assured that his patio is permanently stabilized and no longer at risk for further sinking and cracking.
