Cliff has been living in his Centereach, NY home for 15 years. Over the past two years, he has noticed that his concrete patio is pitched towards the foundation of his home, making it so that each time it rains, water enters his basement. To lift and level the concrete, and pitch it away from his home, he contacted Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. After an initial inspection of the concrete, our Design Specialist determined that our PolyLevel and NexusPro systems would be best suited to repair the concrete.
PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected underneath the concrete slab to fill any gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete. In turn, NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant used to seal joints and cracks in concrete to protect the concrete from further damage due to soil compaction or washout. With these two systems in place, Cliff can rest assured that his concrete is permanently lifted and leveled, protecting his home from water intrusion.
